I ordered a digital item (a PDF or Foundry module) and I can't find my PDF or code.
This usually occurs if you used BackerKit more than once to order items. For example, if you completed an order for a PDF, and then later came back and created a NEW order for a Foundry VTT module. The system can sometimes have issues trying to find both orders and might present to you only one of your digital orders. If this happens and you are having trouble finding your order, simply write to us and we’ll send you your digital order information via email.

I need to change my address but my order is locked, what should I do?
We locked down shipping on the orders because we have started shipping books to backers. If you need to change your address, simply write us an email with your new address and as long as we haven’t sent out your order yet, we will change your address for you.

Can you split one hardcover book between two systems? i.e. can you order the hardcover Battlezoo Bestiary for Pathfinder Second Edition and then receive the PDF for 5th Edition?
No, you will automatically receive the PDF for free for any hardcover book you order for the same system you select for the hardcover book. This is true whether it was through a Kickstarter tier or an addon.

Does the "digital asset bundle". Include the Foundry or Roll20, or is it add on only?
Foundry VTT and Roll20 VTT options are add-ons. The Digital Asset bundle will give you a ton of assets “Raw” so that you can use them how you wish. The difference is the VTT bundles are all “pre-built” with everything set up for you, with the text and details from the books included as well.

Do I get all three books if I pledge the Jewel of the Indigo Isles Adventure Path?
Correct, even though the adventure consists of three separate books and adventures, the Jewel of the Indigo Isles hardcover book or PDF will consist of a single compendium with all three adventures assembled into a single volume. You will also get a Player’s Guide as well.

When do I select if I want 5th Edition or Pathfinder 2e materials?
After the project is complete you will receive an email asking for you to finalize your order (your shipping address, payment method, adding any additional materials, etc.). During this stage, you will be asked if you wish to fulfill your order for either 5th Edition or Pathfinder 2e.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Please note that in order to complete the fulfillment of your order that you must also adhere to the following to ensure the completion and successful delivery of your order: I understand that my address is my responsibility. I understand that if my address is incorrect and my package is lost, a replacement package will require the full amount to be paid again, including shipping. I understand that it is my responsibility to use a secure address and that if it is not and my package is stolen that it is my responsibility to follow up with law enforcement and the postal service. If my address is potentially not secure, it is my responsibility to use an address where I can safely receive my order. I understand that if my package is stolen that a replacement package will require the full amount to be paid again, including shipping. I understand that I am responsible for any VAT, taxes, import duties, or other fees that my country or region may require and that those fees are not included in shipping (as noted throughout the Kickstarter campaign).
